Refund & Returns Policy – VijexIndia

- This policy applies to all purchases made from VijexIndia (Footwear & Clothing products). We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags intact, and returned in original packaging along with proof of purchase.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, damaged by the customer, missing tags or packaging, or requested after 7 days of delivery.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to your original payment method.
- We offer exchange only in case of defective, damaged, or wrong products delivered. For exchange requests, contact us at Vijexindia01@gmail.com.
- Return shipping may be free in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect. In other cases, shipping charges may apply. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Sale or discounted items are generally non-refundable. Exchange may be allowed only for size issues (if applicable).
- For shoes and clothing, items must be returned in proper condition. Shoes should be returned with the original box, and clothing should be free from stains, smell, or damage.
